Hope someone can shed some light on this for me , as it seems the fans tend to come on after every other journey ever since the emissions update .

I know it is also a sign of the DPF regenerating just worried it's happening a lot !

Many thanks in advance

Yep, noticed this myself... Got a remap. Solved the issue.

I've heard that the update causes more DPF Regenerations and as such there will be more fan activity.

Didn't know a remap already would overwrite this emission "update", good to hear.
Don't drive too long with it, egr valves are failing big time after this fix. Along with other strange problem: power loss and engine dying.

Roy seriously? Egr valves failing! And power loss and engine dying!?

I've also noticed that my fan will come on more often :/ but I've got a stage one remap! I would say it would come on about 2/3 times every 2 weeks
