clunking sound when upshift in M mode

I have a Jetta mk6 my14 with 1.4 twincharged engine with DSG. I just got the car 2 weeks ago and done 650km. I recently tried going into M mode and do hard acceleration and whenever I upshift there will be a clunking sound and shudder at the same time. When I downshift is fine only during upshift. In D and S mode with hard acceleration there is no clunking sound or shudder at all. Is it normal for the dq200 to do that? My car has no paddleshifter so I'm using the gearstick to shift.
