Scirocco Central

Just done my first oil change (not cars first) and the car only needed 4 litres to show full on the dipstick. Everything I have rad suggests it should need about 4.5L. Any ideas whats happened?

I left the plug out for 10 mins, and there was only a tiny drip of oil coming out. Filter has been changed too.

Am I worrying over nothing?

There always stays some oil in the pump, filter and oil lines, so just normal!
After oil change let the car run for a minute and check for leaks. After that measure the level one time more.

Cool, thought so but was worried I was getting a false reading or something. Thanks for your help
