Hi guys and girls

I'm thinking of fitting a BCS downpipe and sportscat to my 2011 R I've read conflicting comments that you have to have a re-map as well because of the temperatures changing causing the engine light to come on
Is this true or is it a simple case of fit and enjoy?

You just need to map the light out due to the post cat O2 sensor. You don't need to remap if you don't want to but why not

It will be fine, you can drive around no issues.
You'll get just a CEL. you can clear it but it will come back after a few days driving.
