Would like to hear peoples thoughts on the above and especially AutoPerfection. I would get it if its worth it. If not what should I do?

When you buy lifeshine you get a pack of autoglym products. If I was to put together my own pack what products should I have?

Cheers for any info :)

Is that... you'd like to hear people's thoughts on lifeshine and us... or you'd like to hear peoples thoughts and our thoughts on lifeshine?!!! :D

In our personal opinion, lifeshine isn't the best option available, this is mainly because we feel that it doesn't do what it says it does, and the products in the maintenance kit supplied actually remove the lifeshine.

We believe that there are much better options available and some of them are much cheaper. For the same amount of money as lifeshine we could Detail the car before you take delivery or as soon as possible just after... this would be in way of a New Car Prep, which would focus very much on protecting the paintwork. All of the preperation stages would be carried out (pre-wash, wash and clay), the machine correction stage would be carried out as necessary and the protection stage would include pre-wax cleansing the paint, applying a wax or a sealant if you wanted longer lasting protection (we are just about to launch a sealant that can provide up to 5 years protection if well maintained), applying a sealant or wax to the wheels, protecting the interior including leather if necessary and applying a sealant to the glass to offer protection against the great British weather!

If you wanted to put together a maintenance kit yourself, we could advise which products to go for, depending on the results you want to achieve, the amount of effort you want to put in and of course, what sort of budget you have in mind!

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need anything else at all

All the best

Taryn and Jim :)
