Recliner seats are not designed to take or support a downward face which would be applied from the position of the shoulder straps. In the event of a crash you will end up worse of than with the original seat belt, have a Google of the bloke that broke his back when his recliner seat broke due to the harness.
If you want harnesses then fit fixed back bucket seats

I'll also add to the above (which is perfectly correct) have you ever driven with harnesses? In a daily driver they would be a total pain in the ass. I've had then in a track car in the past and they weren't the easiest thing to use. Yes they kept you pinned in the seat but simple things like reaching for the glove box were impossible as was even reaching for a cubby in the middle of the dash. If it hadn't have been a pure track day car they would have been removed.

Harnesses need
Fixed mounting (ideally a roll cage if not a harness bar).
FIXED BUCKET SEATS.
Appropriate angles of harnesses to mounting points to avoid spinal compression injuries.
I had rs4 buckets and when we installed my harnesses i sold the seats and bought recaro pole positions.
If you're going to do it, do it properly.
Or you may as well break your back now.
Check my build thread for my harness installation write up.
I use my harnesses daily and its nit really a problem. I can get them on almost as quickly as a normal seatbelt and i can reach the cubby holes i need to without issue.
I do have normal seatbelts installed as well but i rarely use them
