strange noise when revs decrease

Hi all,
Recently had my engine rebuilt after the dreaded time chain tensioner fault
Everything is fine although I have since noticed a noise when revving. It is more noticeable from outside the car when the revs are decreasing. I am going to take it back to the garage for them to have a look, but thought I would check on here first.

Sounds like it is coming from the exhaust. The recording was taken from below the drivers door.
Every little noise makes me worry now as I had wish I had taken notice of the slight rattle for a couple of secs when starting. If only I had that checked out or checked on here, I might have avoided the engine damage
