Mine is almost a year old - have only seen 2 other flash red Scirocco's on the roads.

I did think about the red but had a vauxhall astra twintop convertible in red so didn't want the same colour also I haven't seen many in the ultra violet

I doubt you'll see many flash red or ultraviolet Sciroccos on the roads so you'll feel more unique!
