I never got bothered about this whole 'car collection' show too much, but the first time u see it really blows your head off
They do look good on photos but no photo shows even 10% of the reality;) I totally fell in love with it!

In fact when I phoned up the dealer on Monday around 11AM they didn't have the car yet.
They were expecting delivery around Tuesday, so normally I wouldn't bother to visit them on Monday, but somehow I decided I will pop in in about an hour to complete some paperwork. Eventually I wasnt there until like 5PM and guess what!?
Just when I entered, saw the truck full of VWs entering dealer's permises and YES, it did include my rocco!
Apparently it was the last car they managed to take with this load! Well done VW

Anyway, here are some quick snaps. Weather was really rubbish so I took only four.






When I collect it I'll be doing 4000KM within 7 days so expect some more detailed photos soon:]

The only problem was that it was raining . BTW just a quick question: is the cloth merlin or the alcantara (aka sports package)? ...........................cheers and again congrats

you can see from the last image that the seats are
alcantara,the sides are leather if you look carefully,
hence the sport pack..beautiful 2010 ROC..enjoy the ride

Metal pedals are included in the sports package!

Yes - these are Catch Up seats (alcantra)
Metal pedals are factory fitted as part of Sports Pack.
I'm actually picking up on Monday because of delay with paperwork:/

The new steering wheel is much much better imo

I'm not sure whether you can retrofit Dynaudio, but I'm sure if you could it would be bloody expensive
I was complaining a lot about the new steering wheel before got my car delivered. Didn't like it at all.
Now I absolutely love it and wouldn't like any other. ' Old' one looks bit odd to me.

really nice. I was thinking of getting a silver peice on the old steering wheel (where the buttons are like yours), hope it would look nice. I saw that you have the media-in port, i will also get that fitted soon but before i do, wanted to ask when you click on selection can you search or do i have to scroll down to find the song i want (like sd card)?

Nope. You cannot do any other search than whatever iPod allows as far as I know and that sucks when you have 50GB of music on your player like me
You'll scroll your life out with this thing if you're not carefull. It's a bit distracting to do it while driving.
I also cannot figure out how to go to a shuffle mode for all songs from my ipod without disconecting the ipod and chosing shuffle mode from the device itself.
That is also quite annoying.
Beside that Media In is great stuff. I had to kick my dealer a bit to get it as normally it is not available as option in Poland

I love the new steering wheel it's sooo much nicer than the old one

To shuffle all your tracks on your iPod go into Selection and press songs, press any song you see to get it started and then press the Mix button. All songs on the iPod will then be played in random order.

Hey guys, mebe a silly question but what dictates the steering wheel model? I've got my rocc on order and I really love the new wheel!

When the car's built - if you're still waiting it will be a MY2010 with the new wheel and dash cluster.

Yippee!!!! That's the first time I've been happy about VW stuffing up my order! Yep I'm still waiting...

Really liking the white MFD and the MY2010 steering wheel looks so much better when lit up. Really liking that.
