Oil around the diverter valve (DV)

Was going to remove the Forge blow off valve converter today when i noticed a bit of oil around the seal and around the valve it self. Any ideas? Thinking i might need a new turbo soon but im hoping im wrong...

thus why an oil catch tank is needed
