Facelift 2015 grill on pre facelift car?

Facelift 2015 grill on pre facelift car?

I have seen a few of the face lift 2015 cars now, and they have a honey comb upper grill which nicely matches the bigger lower grill.. Has anyone had a look or tried fitting a 2015 upper grill to a pre facelift car? The shape looks right but I am more sure just how different they are,
