So when i am driving and accelerating the car just skids to the left and the traction control light comes on....
Is eveyones like this or is there a problem with mine, i just seem to think theres a problem with my tyres tbh the air pressure on them are good though.

Might be down to poor quality tyres.
Is it in the wet or dry?
And how hard are you accelerating? If I put my foot down a little bit it wheel spins and the traction light comes on.
But that happens mostly in the wet due to the amount of torque

Bin the tyres and start again ... No wonder it breaks traction! :D

Pirellis are fine but the Landas are ditchfinders.

Just noticed you've had the car remapped today which will exasperate your traction issues. No point in spending money on performance upgrades and having ditchfinders fitted.

What do you expect.
Wet floor and full acceleration. All that torque you can't expect it to just grip and go with out the traction light coming on.

Just about every car will wheel spin in the wet on full acceleration in low gears. Thats standard common knowledge!

Even in the dry once remapped :/

Wet road, full beans, mapped car and average tyres!..........I think it would be hard not to spin the wheels.

My 2.0tsi is completely standard, decent tyres and I reckon I could easily spin my wheels in 3rd gear (in the wet) if I tried!

Sounds pretty normal to me although your probably experiencing a bit of torque steer as well if you've had it mapped, it is front wheel drive after all. You'd probably have to spend a lot of money to iron out issues like that, so my advice would be to enjoy the power when dry and drive to the conditions when wet, would hate to see your next post showing photos of your car in a ditch...........I'm sure it's an awesome car!
