Time for Roc to go

Post by old n grey »

Hi all. As the title says its time to draw a line under my Scirocco ownership. This is my second one a 184 R-line in Indium grey, I bought it brand new 4 months ago and I really just don't like it. I had my doubts during the 3 month wait from order to build to delivery but I proceeded anyway. Don't get me wrong its a lovely looking car, and I'm sure who ever buys it will love it. Going from one Scirocco to another never felt that special, I never got that new car buzz. Also I've found it so uncomfortable, I commute for 2 hours a day and I always end up with leg pain no matter how I adjust the position. The icing on the cake for me is the constant windscreen creaking, its terrible I can even hear it over the stereo. Anyway its going its been traded in for a new Honda Civic, I've taken a big financial hit, but I feel I've made the right decision for me.

Yes - that is a real shame, especially after the wait for it! Good luck with the Civic!

I've made that mistake in the past by buying the same car twice. Good luck with the Civic. It suits your Username:-)
