Stage 2+

Thinking of going stage 2+ on my R is the standard intercooler ok at that power and want to do downpipe decat or sports cat to stock cat back exhaust is that ok and how does it sound

From my knowledge the standard cooler is good for about 360/380

if you are running a manual box your will need a new uprated clutch thought because it'l slip at stage 2 plus power.

Im dsg. I was gonna do downpipe sports cat induction kit and hpfp how does that sound for stage 2+ And an r tech remap

3" TBE with 100 or 200 cells cat.
3" intake
HPFP
LPFP
Upgrade intercooler

I would certainly go for an unrated intercooler at stage 2+
I did but ambient temps here are a little higher.

Do you need to do lpfp for stage 2+ i no you need to do hpfp. I thought the lpfp was ok up to 400 bhp

Im not 100% sure but think it was something around 350€.

I had a drop with the fuel pressure around 6500rpm. Replaced the LPFP and it kept steady.

I was 2+ on my S3, it was fantastic but wouldn't do it to an R personally, think its too much through the front wheels and without the 4WD/Quattro, it wouldn't all be used properly, but anyway this is what I had:
Revo Race Intake
Revo Software
Revo/THS Intercooler
Revo Throttle Pipe
Forge DV
Audi RS4 Fuel Regulator Valve
Autotech HPFP Internals - would probably go with LOBA if doing it again
Milltk TBE
SACHS Organic Clutch with OEM LUK Flywheel
That was good for 372bhp at its last Rolling Road session in ECC, Lisburn, Northern Ireland.
