Windows?

Post by Big Phill »

Hope someone can help!
Can someone explain why both windows lower when opening the drivers door, even though in the car settings menu I have it set to just drop the drivers side?

I think the setting you refer to is for the auto open window function when you hold the open button on the fob. Whether you want it to drop both windows or just the driver's.

I'm pretty sure on my car if I push the fob button once, only the driver's door opens and only the driver's window drops. If I push twice passenger door open on second push and passenger window drops.

When I pull out the key, both windows drop

Have you set yours to open both door on one click? In which case, that would explain it.
