Rear seats plastic cover removal?

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me how this plastic cover in the boot between the rear seats is removed? I've pulled at it and twisted it but before I end up breaking it I thought I would consult the forum!

Are you certain it's a cover? It looks as if it's supporting the rail which carries the hinged seat backs. It might be the actual support, not a cover. (I have to admit I've not needed to remove it. But no-one else has amswered yet!).

Thanks for the reply however in 99% sure its a cover as its made of flimsy plastic that I cant see having any other purpose! The most I've managed to find on it is a few rear seat removal guides saying "remove the plastic cover"

top bit of the park facing us clips into the other half the other side. push top down and pull towards you.

Dont lift it either - i did and it snapped!

Pushed down on the top and pulled and got the top clip undone, could then see the bottom clip and popped it out with a screwdriver. Thanks!
