Hey guys,
Today has got to be my happiest day, finally after the very long wait and patience to get my very own first VW and to be honest this would be my very own first car I ever invested in, it really is worth the wait, my first VW experience just blew my mind, I checked for every details and all the small things I needed to know or to get it just as perfect, drove it all the way back home from the city, I just cant get enough of it.
Here's a photo from today!
Ps: The car came with a cake too.

Congrats. Car looks fantastic.
Which colour is that? Looks really smart.
I'm getting close to making my decision to order a new facelift model myself.

Hey bruv,
I originally thought it was Urano Grey, since thats color that came close to my eyes when I had a look from the VW UK site but upon signing off everything when it came to the delivery bay, it was stated as "Indium Grey" on the paperworks.
I've just driven it for only 2 days now and yes I'm very certain now of my investment decision, the car is just amazing. It runs fast, the turnings on the corners, the stability is just outstanding, the lovely exterior and interior although some parts of mine was taken out from factory due to pricing and sales plan in Brunei but still all those extra devices can be purchase outside and the best thing has got to be the feeling of the driving as you accelerate it from zero.
I'd definitely recommend you getting it if you're looking for a great "weekend" car.

Ah yes – I did think it looked metallic and a lot nicer than what I imagined Urano Grey would look like.
My car would be my 'every day' car - to work etc - though it's only 10 minutes drive. Obviously I'd get a lot more use out of it at weekends!
Re: The Waiting Game: D-Day // Air-con Water leaking

Hey guys, so the car has been amazing still but just on the 11th day, there's problem with the air-con water, instead of flowing out from the under its leaking in from the inside and wet all over the passenger floor, it soaked the mat which totally bumped me.
I went under and have it checked, found the problem.
The air-con water hose apparently bend which caused the water not able to flow out like the way it should be, I would've fix it right away but its best to bring it back to the agent, I had to wait for another 2 days because they were closed for public holiday.
Spent half a day at the VW Brunei, getting the problem fixed.
The air-con problem was fixed and then when they gave back the car to me, I checked and notice the airbag indicator is on and thats not supposed to be on, have them re-checked everything again and it was confirmed that the airbag ecu is broken, suspects could be cause of the air-con water problem cause its located on the centre, the water thats been soaking in must've got it wet somehow with all the bumps on the road.
They've disconnected it for safety reasons and ordered a new replacement for the airbag ecu and I should be getting it sometime this week.
I don't know what caused the air-con water hose to bend but its a known problem already as it has happened before to a Jetta, Golf. You need to keep an eye out for this little problems as it may lead to a bigger and technical problem if you don't get it fix right away, though this could be an error or fault straight from the factory as there are no certain caused to why the hose bend, I made them sure that it wont happen again.

Nice! Congrats. Shame about the issues though. Was it brand new?
I didn't think they did the 1.4 160PS in the facelift?

No major modifications yet but I did tint the screens which gave more privacy and less heat in the day eapecially with our climate here in Brunei, tinted with Sun Cool tints.
The car's going for the first servicing next week, its over 5000km already.
