Juddering/Hesitation at 2,000RPM when cold

Hi Guys,

Have had my 2.0TSI for about a month now, love the car. Have a slight problem when the car is cold. When driving around 2,000RPM it seems to have a hesitation / juddering, seeming as though it is misfueling (Full tank).

Is this a characteristic of the engine as it has a turbo to allow for warming up or?

Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

Lloyd

You could do with checking for fault codes on VCDS. Could simply be a coil pack, if one's on its way out you would probably notice it more when cold. VCDS would be you're best though.

I am getting this too. Sadly no VCDS to check.
How many errors does it take for some sort of warning light to come on?

Be thankful you don't have a clio 200, my old car felt like I was riding a camel to work.
It's common with then all apparently they tell me !

But this is frequent on a lot of cars, usually in 1st gear when setting off from cold.
