Eibach Pro Kit vs H&R

Hey guys,
I'm weighing up whether to go for the Eibach pro Kit or the H&R springs.
Who has the springs installed on their car and what are they like? Whats the ride quality like and are you happy with the drop?
I'm driving the 1.4 160HP so I'm not too sure if there is any difference in springs between this model and the 2.0? Maybe they have different curb weights?
If you have some pictures please do share, I'm really interested in comparing the drop on the two springs and seeing what they look like once they've settled in a little.
Thanks!

I've got eibachs on mine. Running around in sport feels no different to me. You do notice a little on harsh roads but that's all. My parents didn't notice it felt any different lol.
The h&r go 5mm lower too,I wanted h&r but got a good deal on some eibachs on here

It's all down to individual perception. I have Eibach pro springs fitted to mine and the car definitely rides firmer, but not harshly. To me, Comfort mode now feels like Normal mode used to, Normal feels like Sport used to and, well, you get the picture. I think the ride height is spot on and the car looks subtly different (that massive wheel arch gap is gone. Hooray!). I also fitted some 12mm Eibach spacers to fill it out a bit more.
There's a noticeable improvement in handling now (in all modes) with the car feeling more stable and taught. The nose doesn't drop so much under braking, nor does it rise when accelerating.
I can't comment on the H&Rs, but I would recommend the Eibachs.
This is what it looks like now (these pics are without the spacers):

I can only comment on the Eibach springs, Ive had these on many cars and have never been disappointed with the ride and comfort. The scirocco handles very well on the springs, yes they are a little firmer but imo it feels much better than the standard setup. The reason I chose Eibach over H&R is that I wanted a more OEM look with is what the Eibach give! Mines dropped approx 30mm front and 20/25mm rear so it isn't too OTT. I bought mine from a German seller on eBay.de for a fraction of the UK price, think it was around £115 delivered.
Some pics which aren't great with springs fitted.

Thanks for the replies and the pictures!
Both those cars look really good with the Eibach's. I have had the Pro Kit on other cars so I have idea of how it will firm the ride up and what you're saying is confirming this. I like the Eibach set up because it has made the other cars handle and ride like I think they should have in the first place. It also drops the car to a height which is still usable everyday but removes that wheel gap which makes me cringe every time I walk over to the car.
One question, Andy your car looks like it's riding a little lower than Dunbruin's. Is that just the pictures or maybe something to do with the settling in?
Really looking forward to getting the car sorted with these!

It could be a number of things mate, the picture, black wheels or the fact that I have 19s and the other has 18s.

Hello everyone...
I'm thinking about lowering my scirocco but i am not sure what to buy...
My friend had sportline but i don't remeber the feeling in car. I don't want to lower too much because I think it will not be so good due bad road
and I'm afraid that shocker will have to work on limit and on pro kit it seems it will be good on OEM....
I have on my leon coilovers but i don't want to pay now again 1000 euros for Sciorcco.
Is anyone here with Eibach sportline? A am looking for some pictures before and after...

I had pro-kit, now sportlines.. The difference is very small, like 5mm. If you are going to buy springs for first time just get the sportlines...

How would people say the Sportlines compare to standard comfort wise? Does it still have a decent ride for driving about or is it quite firm?
Thanks

Actually ride feels softer than stock.
