1.4 TSI twincharger rattle

At most a few times a year I get this noise on start up (I only drive < 5k miles per year)

Does it cause damage to the engine every time it happens (even if so rarely)?

I actually have no idea if it's the timing chain, or the chain tensioner, or the camshaft adjuster solenoid valve, so I removed the timing chain speculation
I'm just wondering if it a real problem or just an annoying noise (which only happens very rarely).
