Hey guys and gals.
Thought I would share my scirocco with you.

I got it April and since then I have lowered it on H&R 35mm lowering.
Vw racing induction kit
Mk5 golf sliding cup holder and a custom gti gear selector.
Got some Porsche oil and coolant caps.

Future plans are to change the wheels, custom exhaust and a remap.
Got my eye on a front splitter on eBay and led interior bulbs.
Also looking at getting some genuine stainless pedals.

Here's some pics.
Standard when I got her

Looking great! I would suggest the bixenon retrofit, the car looks completely different with the bixenon headlights.. :)

How much did you pay for the VWR induction kit?

Keep it up, it's a great car! :D

Looking good so far Mate.

As for the alloy pedals, I bought these ones, arrived within 2 days and are absolutely spot on, as well as being a bit cheaper than from the stealers.

Thanks Eddie, have you got a link to some zenon light units?
I got the induction kit for around £200 as I got through a friend who knows someone who works at a supplier.

Thanks Dave, yeah I'm watching a set similar on eBay.

Hopefully more updates will come after Xmas as I might get some goodies lol

Well I'm from Portugal and bought mine from a friend here, so I don't have any link for you, I'm sorry. Also you need some adapter cables and some changes through VCDS to retrofit them, but it's well worth it. I don't know how the law there, but here in Portugal for driving with Xenon you need to have headlights washers and an auto leveling kit to keep your beams in the correct height, so please keep that in mind as well... If you need that, it's an expensive mod, I'm afraid.. :(

Thanks for the info on the induction kit! :)

Ah ok, might have to look into it over here in the uk, we have the same rules with xenon lights.

No worries mate.

Have you got a tread of some pics of your car? Just joined so lots of looking at other peoples cars and stuff.

Few new mods

Painted my wing mirrors black and also got a front splitter and black badges.

Think it looks pretty agressive now.

Little update.

When I fitted the newly painted mirror caps, black badge and the front splitter I also partly debadged the rear and fitted the black boot badge.

Got a jdm style toe hook (not everyone's cup of tea but I think it looks ok)
And hard to tell from the pic but fitted Orange side light bulbs to go for the america style side markers
Image

Someone at work decided to attached a tow rope to my hook

Image

Purchased a milltek cat back system the other day after hearing RoccoDav's and got round to fitting it tonight.
Sounds awesome and pops nicely. Just need to get it chipped now

Image

And heat wrapped most of the system

Image

And have brought some TT RS brake calipers, just saving for the discs and brake hoses.

Will get some better pics of the milltek and sidelights tomorrow

Just need to prep the brakes now.

Thanks,
I saw it on eBay but you can get it from them direct and without paying postage.
Hope this link works
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 0782714450" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It's odd as by the looks of it they are a Subaru parts place.

It's a bit fiddley to fit as the screws with the spreaders they supply don't clip in easily. So I used the spreaders and put self tappers through them
Hard to explain.
