Scirocco Central

Hey guys,

Would appreciate any help, I have just lowered my Scirocco with Eibach springs, looks and drives much better - very happy. However, there is a rumble at low speeds coming from the rear of the car, it sounds very much like a wheel bearing noise, but there was no such noise prior to lowering, do you have any ideas what it could be?

any chance that the new geometry be causing your tyres to track differently (negative camber) and so be riding on a part of the tyre that may be the source of the noise?
also a less absorbent spring (stiffer rates) will transfer more road imperfections and noise

Yes I guess it's worth checking that, it's definitely not just more road noise as its an inconsistent whirring, every half second or so. I have booked it in for a £60 full tracking at my local VW so hopefully that will solve the problem. Thanks for your help.
