VAGCOM HELP

Hey guys!

I am having a nightmare with VAGCOM Cables, Bought another one but its poo. Anyone know any good ones?

Would be much appreciated :D

How expensive are these fake cables? The ones I had from vag diagnostics before I got a real one were like £50 each

Fake ones are around £20. You are lucky to get a real one for £50. Where did you get it from? :hyper: :hyper:

I have the genuine Rosstech cable. £263 they are now.

Had a Vag diagnostics one before for £80 which worked but when i got the Rosstech one all of a sudden i had far more options and could see more controllers. I personaly would not get a copy as most of them fail one it is connected to a computer on the internet.

Personally, I don't see how it's worth taking the risk for a non-genuine cable. Imagine if something went wrong!! (Has been reported on here sometimes).
I have a genuine cable, and with all the stuff I have done, it was DEFINITELY worth every penny I paid for it.
If I didn't have a cable, I'd just drive up to people that did and get some help rather than risk it.

But hey, that's a personal opinion!

Hmm this is true. Where is the best place to purchase the genuine cable ? From Ross Tech them self or?
