Touch Up Paint Brush Cleaner

I have purchased a fine artists brush to paint some stone chips as I always think the brush in the touch up bottles is too big.

My question is what should I use to clean the brush?

In days gone by I used to use cellulose thinners but paints are different these days.

I don't know about brush cleaning but I need to get some paint/brush/stone chips and scratch repair. Do you have a brand in particular that you'd recommend please?

Cellulose Thinners, cleans the brush even when the paint has dried.

If you catch it quick before it drys, fairy platinum washing up liquid well rubbed in works, I should think other brands would be as good.
