only worked out an hour later that the massive piece of trim coming out from where my headlight used to be was the other fellas rear bumper... was baffled as to where it had come off my car before i realised

Lol, it's like that when you crash your car though, you don't really think straight for a while. I was like that when I crashed into my neighbours car -_- (not in my Rocco though). I was in shock (and tears) for ages lol

haha unlucky! I'm really quite shocked to be honest though, first time I've been involved in a crash, was really surprised, i barely even moved in my seat , couldn't believe the amount of damage when i got out

only noticed your comment ruby, about the cost i couldn't say, I've gone through the insurance anyway as the other car is shagged, the lads a bit gutted really as his will be a value write off as its 12 years old... parts on cheap though id be might surprised if it was less than 3-4k ? someone else will have a better idea if they want to say !

Ohhh, I feel for both of you! His car being written off and going through insurance is a bit of a pain really, it's almost a certain way to bump up your insurance premium.. Hope you don't have too much additional costs!

did a dummy quote earlier its actually gone down for next year by £200 with me declaring an accident , that certainly cheered me up this morning, i forgot to take my 6 points off my license aswell when getting the dummy quote, said points will be gone when renewal comes so should be cheaper still

Wow that's good stuff! If you don't mind me asking, why do you have 6 points on your license?

driving un insured when i was 17, in my defence though i wasn't joyriding or anything i drove a girl home from a party in her car because she was in a really bad way from drug use (idiot) and was scared to death of her parents finding out and i stupidly thought it would be fine, but ended up getting pulled , properly naff, only just managed to insure my rocco at the ripe old ago of 21
