Roc 1.4 tsi rev needle jumping

Hi guys
My roc 1.4tsi had STO software for about 1 and a half years now. Just recently fitted a downpipe about month or too back. Was boosting my car a bit on my way home from work and as I stopped at the stop sign my rev needle started jumping a bit but not pass 1000rpm. Any idea what this could be? Could it be any of the modifications I have done or could it be spark plugs?
