AUX input

hi everyone, I picked the roc up Saturday, very pleased but the input cable must have a faulty connectional as you have to realy push the cable in to work when you let go music is played through one speaker, anyone had similar problems ? Andy

Not had this problem so can only make suggestions. I use the media in interface and not the aux connection. Since you are getting two channels played when you hold the plug in the socket it could be that the jack is not connecting at all contact points when you release it. Alternatively there could be faulty connections in the jack plug itself. Does the lead work normally when plugged in other media players? Are you using a 3.5mm jack plug as you say it is a very tight fit? If these are both OK then it could be the aux in socket in the car.

Might be a silly suggestion - but do you have a case on your media device?! e.g. ipod/iphone case or cover? if so, remove it, as this may be getting in the way of the plug going all the way in
