Hi all want to upgrade my rcd310 to a rns510 I've read it should be plug and play? My mate at work has vagcom if needed but will my vw parrot Bluetooth be a problem? Like when the phone rings the radio goes silent to take the call. Will the rns510 act the same after just pluging it in??

The pin outs on the RCD310 are the generally the same on the RNS510. So when you do plug in the new unit - all the wiring looms from the parrot kit will go to the same place on the RNS510 - so in theory, all should be fine.

I would advice to check compatibility online
