Ordered it on saturday! cant wait its killing me 2 - 3 month of waiting till its here! I got the 18inch interlagos tinted windows fog lights and the dynaudio audio package! its killing me, does anyone know a good hypnotist so i can forget about it till its here!

Still no build date! arghghgh!

I ordered mine 26 March and still have no build date either. The dealer said something about VW having to collect all orders before deciding the build weeks for each order. Dealer said he still expects delivery to be July which is what he said at time of ordering. Still at least 9 more weeks for me to go probably, it's murder!!!!!

same here mate, my dealer said definatly july maybe june to me. Apprently someone ordered a similar spec car as mine and he had it in 2 months of ordering. I know the wait will be worth it but.

Wait is tough already....hoping I forget about it and time starts to move faster....hmmm.

Back of the net Jurassic Park! Build date week 23! Dealer said should have the car beginning of july! Just in time for summer!

Same here. Due to collect at 5PM today. Just under 14 weeks since ordering. Can't wait to get my hands on it - and my right foot.

Wow even tho its seemed such a long time already I guess I did ok with my order, put order with leasing company on 15th April, and delivery is 7th of July, 1 week from now, so just under 12 weeks total

Can't wait either, was really hoping for it this Friday but guess another few days it will have to be, im so desperate to drive it but annoyed that ill have to take it easy to begin with! Don't want to kill it lol

Picked the car up at 4pm, Just got back in from testing it out! For a 1.4 that car is a fooking rocket! I not gonna dare take the traction control off for ages.
The only thing that really annoys me is where the sports button is placed right in front of the gear stick! I also got the 2010 updated version with a white dash and different steering wheel, whick i think looks awsome! I dunno if a twin exhaust is standard on the 1.4 model but mine has one. Handles better than any car ive owned, just love it!

One other thing I like the red light that shines on the gear stick, when you got your lights on.

Collected yesterday at 5PM. When I arrived the car was right in the middle of the forecourt, with the sun shining on it, looking amazing. In my own unbiased opinion (yeah right) it was the best looking car there. Most people when they see it think it must be a 2 litre and can't believe it when i tell them it's only a 1.4. It drives like a peach and looks better than cars that cost twice as much. Best car i've ever owned.

totally agree mate! I look at bmw and merc that cost 70+ they dont look half a sexy as a scirocco! Im away with work atm just wanna get home to ss my baby lol!
