Recommend a Garage in Norfolk/Suffolk

Please could any one recommend a garage in Norfolk or Suffolk? The MPG is terrible and the car is taking too long to reach temperature. Taking it back to the dealer I bought it from is not a great option as it's in West London and I live south of Norwich, plus they didn't really seem that bothered when I spoke to them and blamed it on the cold weather at the time I bought it. The MPG has improved now its warmer up but it's still on the low side - averaging 45 on a good day, which seems low based on what others are getting. I am loath to use the local dealer in Norwich (Robinsons) as I have heard some bad reviews about them, although maybe they are better at dealing with Rocs than Golfs!
Thanks

I never had any issue with Robinsons Norwich in the 3 years they have looked after mine, speak to Grace she looks after my car like its her own when its in for anything, I just found them rubbish for actually wanting to sell cars. Robinsons Lowestoft are far more consistent than Norwich (they want to sell cars), if you've got any kind of warranty left then better to take it to a dealer first.
Alternatively you could try
http://www.autotechcarservice.co.uk/index.php/en/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://dasautonorwich.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.carautohaus.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
all of whom are well versed in vw & get recommended on a local vw site

Trix,
Well we have been to Robinsons now and unfortunately Grace has left but Davina has been really helpful and we decided to take out the service plan with them. I have posted in a other post about a possible mpg issue we have so hopefully they will deal with this for us.
We have used DAS and Andy is really good but they have moved over to Salhouse and it's not that easy to get there around work times.

Nooooo well at least I wasn't planning on going to Robinsons this year due to difficulty of getting there now, won't send mum's polo either as I only used them to chat minis with Grace. At least Davina is taking note.
Carautohaus were near asda if thats any good if you do need an independant opinion & seemed helpful with dropping off/collecting you/car
