Glow plug flashing and engine warning take to garage

Hi i have now had above problem twice . Turning engine off and back off clears problem but under load it reappears
The code showing on 00665 over pressure EGR unit
I do not want to start changing parts until i am sure what is problem
Any help would be great thanks

Did you sort it out ? 16683/P0299/000665 - Boost Pressure Regulation: Control Range Not Reached
My wifes car is showing the same code... and my pal has replaced 3 egr valves due to short stop start journeys our muchan-ic thinks...! Friday car I reck...
