Cold DSG , sluggish ?

I may be stating the obvious but when cold the DSG box doesn't seem as sharp , I only ask as I've only had the rocco a month and ever since it has been snowing and haven't covered a long journey yet?

Is it typical for the dsg not to be as responsive or sharp when cold ?

Many thanks in advance

Yeah I find it a tiny bit sluggish when it's cold but 5 minutes and it seems back to normal. I think it's just cold oil.

Yeah we did have a mild day and it did seem to feel smoother , just an observation I picked up , glad it's not just me !

Definitely not just you. The first handful of gear changes are indeed a bit "sticky" but it does only take a handful before it wakes itself up.

Mine slipped into neutral 3 times over bumps but the oil was cold and needed its 40k change.
It's better after the service, better mpg on longer journeys too, but now I wait for max temp before any hard throttle.
