DSG intermittent in 3rd Gear

Hi All

This is my first post on this forum. I am hoping you can help with a little issue I am having.
I recently (Nov 2012) got my 2011 2.0 DSG TSI Scirocco with 18 000km on the clock.
I have come across an intermittent issue with the Tiptronic.
It seems that when I am slowing down (the gears change down automatically) and then want to take off again in 3rd gear, the car just revs high (obviously in relation to my foot on the accelerator). I must point out that this is not always the case. Since having it, it has happend about 9 times. I suspect it would happen more if I drove in Tiptronic more often. The last time only once the revs droppped completely, did it slip into gear. Otherwise I would have to shift the gearlever into full automatic and back again.

I have taken to the dealers, but they couldnt replicate the problem for the few hours that they had it. It is subsequently going in again on the 4 March for another check (something about a TP)
I was hoping to bounce off you guys to see if there is any further information I could hand to the dealers when they get it.
Many thanks

Have a read of this ... Temprary Loss of Drive - DSG. Almost certainly this. DSG Controller needs a software update to solve it.
