The wait was finally over in the start of August so i could pick up my long awaited new Scirocco :)

DIY projects have been
- RNS510
- Premium BT
- Yeti chrome exhaust tips
- LED numberplate light
- LED cabine light
- Alu door sills

Still waiting for my LED DRL light from Dectane, but thats probably gonna take some time before they are able to deliver :(

No rear seats to save money on the registration fee in Denmark. At least I have pleanty of room for my golfclubs so they could always stay in the car :)

Love the colour, one of the best around, not very common either but I would say that! Lol isn't it noisy with no rear seats?

Agree on the lovely colour - nice photos too!
Could you post a pic of the rear where the seats would be please? Is it a dealer option? Do you have a bulkhead of some sort between the luggage compartment and the cabin?

Justin.

No it is not that noisy with no rear seats. We have companies in Denmark who convert cars like this for a living so it is made professionally with a fully flat bottom all over and nice carpet

I will try to take some photos of the boot tomorrow, just have to remove all the golf equipment :) I dont think you can have it as a dealer option in other countries, but in Denmark you could have to save on the registration fee. Instead of paying 180% in registration fee you only pay 50% so you can save quite a lot of money.

Is that because it is then technically classed as a van rather than a car ?

Exactly! :)

In Denmark the model would cost almost 50.000£ with all the options but registred without backseats it "only" cost 32.000£. Cars are way to expensive in Denmark :grumpy:
