Hi All

i have recently noticed an air leakage noise that is coming from the brake pedal.

when the car is on in motion or stationary the air leak is noticeable (sounds like a quiet hissing noise)

when the brake pedal is pressed the noise stops. any ideal what this could be? any one come across this before?

the car is 58 reg 2.0TSI GT with 50k on the clock.

Thanks for the reply. i was hoping it wasnt that as my car is out of warranty. seems like a serious problem to have with a car thats not even 4 years old yet.
