Scirocco Central

Hi All,

I'm new to the Scirocco world, I should be picking her up later this week and can not wait!!

I test drove the GT 2.0 Tsi, and loved it so much I decided to hand in my Golf Gti Mk5 for it.

It's Candy White, and one of the first things I want to do is paint the roof black, has anyone on here done this? If so what black did you go for?

I've had a rough quote of £250-£300 is that about right?

just get it vinyl wrapped as can be easily removed come resale time

Wigit is spot on plus it will also save you a few bob, as it ir around £80 to wrap your roof.

Cheers guys, do you know of a good place to get it wrapped?

depends where you are based, i used chameleon in daventry and Alex did a top job on the work he did on my car

I'm down in Swindon so Daventry is a bit of distance! I'll have a look on Google see if I can find any closer.

Do you have any pic's of your roof?

I got mine painted black when I had my Candy Rocco.
Cost me £50 (mates rates) lol. But if I had the choice again, I'd get it vinyl wrapped.

no black roof for me, was done to death three years ago

Also thinking about getting my roof done (vinyl wrapped). Any links/posters out there with pics so I can have a gander?? Would be be much appreciated.
