Interior/Leather Care?

I've had my roc for a couple of months, and I'm doing my best to keep it clean on the outside and on the inside, trying my damnedest to keep it looking as gorgeous as the day I picked it up
Bit right now my interior cleaning ritual consists of nothing more than a blast with the dustbuster and a wipe down with a duster
. So, I'd love to hear any Scirocco Central hints and tips on how to care for my roc's interior - especially Leather care, as I've read that caring for leather seats is particularly important to keeping a car interior looking new. Can anyone recommend and particular products or techniques?
Any advice appreciated!

I have had a few cars with leather interiors and I have always found that baby wipes are the best at keeping the leather looking like new. Some of the professional cleaning / conditioning products make the seats very slippy which is not good.

Autoglym leather cleaner - used it for years and has allways kept the seats looking amazing. Top tip is to hoover deep down into the seams of the seats especially where the base meets the side support prior to cleaning with any product.

Thanks for the advice guys, will check the mentioned cleaning products out!
Any thoughts on how often to treat the seats? @CTRNutter, out of curiosity, how come you'll be leaving the seats alone for the first six months?

On the family hauler I pay for the inside-n-out service at a carcleaner, every three years. The leather and the paint both look more or less like new. I don't do anything but vacuum and wipe the occasional chocolate off.

Evil Derboy wrote:The best stuff that I've ever come across for leather is a product called Liquid Leather by Gliptone. You can order it online. It smells just like leather and leaves your interior smelling as if your seats are brand new. It really is the dogs!
Agree, Gliptone conditioner is excellent stuff. Used to use it on my old Boxster and it kept the seats in top condition.

We have to go with the Gliptone as well - it's an excellent product, easy to use and does smell great. The cleaner is nice and light (not thick and oily like some we've tried) and the conditioner leaves the leather soft and glossy, but without making it sticky and greasy.
Another good alternative would be the Raceglaze Leather Cleaner and Leather Balm - again, both products are easy to use and restore the "new leather" smell
