Cheers Alan, yeah I'm really please with them. I personally felt the door sills are massive so good to get some protection on them.
I got them from this thread;
http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/forum/ ... =20&t=5134" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
however I believe you can find them on eBay as well.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/09-10-11-VW-S ... _537wt_648" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope that helps mate.

Yeah mate really easy to fit...just followed these instructions from that other thread;
Door Sills Installation instructions:
1-install at room temperature
2-remove all dirt, water, moisture and grease from the paint surface (suggest to use "Robinson" lighter fluid for lighter)
3-mark designated position with the sill
4-There are 5 pieces of double-side tape at the back:
A)small pieces at both end x 2
B)thin long piece along the sill x2
C)large piece in the middle x 1
5-peel off A
6-make a cut in the middle of B and peel off short section of them towards both ends to make 4 tongues
7-peel off a part of C to make the 5th tongue
6-place the sill gently on the designated area
7-press lightly after adjusted to correction position
8-peel off the tongues one by one slowly towards both ends while keeping it in correct position
9-press evenly and firmly
10-do another door
11-done and do not wash in 24 hours
The only tricky bit (being a bit of a perfectionist) was making sure both sills lined up together but as someone pointed out you can't actually see both sills at the same time so would never know if they was not in line.

Not done any more mods recently but gave her a good clean, wax and polish over the weekend while the weather was nice.
