scirocco non-afl xenons
scirocco non-afl xenons
Hi. I am wondering why the scirocco didn't get the afl xenons (xenons that turn with steering) as it seems that most other VW models have this option. Is there a technical reason in the design of the car? Was also wondering if anyone has retrofitted this to a scirocco.

Re: scirocco non-afl xenons
dont know but mine have separate cornering lights
Re: scirocco non-afl xenons
Yes, I have the seperate cornering lights. I'm just wondering why the scirocco didn't get the xenons that turn. I'm not unhappy with my xenons but just wondered if there's a technical reason or just down to marketing or cost cutting...

Friend of mine has the range rover w turning xenons.
I much prefer the separate cornering light on the Roc - Gives more light, and lights where I want to go, not only where I am pointing the wheels at.

I like that it comes on when braking with the turn signal on. Need to be in a gti at night to see how their xenons turn in sweeping bends...bianco wrote:Friend of mine has the range rover w turning xenons.
