Re: What did you do to your Scirocco today?
Hi all first post on here
Just swapped out the original rear lights for the smoke R lights, subtle difference
Before AFTER SWAPPED THE FRONT BULBS FOR THE PHILIPS BRIGHT ONES
Waiting for my RNS510, Reversing camera, Bluetooth module
Got My VCDS and plugged it in to see if it worked ok
Anyone got any other good mods for these?
TIA

Pre fit
Didn't unfortunately get any pics of the Focals installed As I got distracted during the install
the parking sensors got a good workout today driving my little brother to Comicon at Excel but as a consequence Walter needs a darned good clean before I can take photos or WD will think I'm slipping

The woofers are 165mm wide 56mm deep - the adapters supplied by car audio didn't fit but Simon at Enhance got them in & dynamatted with no issues in about 90 minutes
The pack came with four speakers (2 woofers & 2 tweeters) and the sound is spectacular even unamplified

Re: What did you do to your Scirocco today?
Much less "chippy" than the standard units from the tweeters a more mellow sound altogether - have yet to fully put it through the paces but early indications are certainly promising
Started with Al Stewart - year of the cat which sounds glorious on the strings & sax, the Martyn Taylor live album sounds great, the string fingering is pretty evident & the eagles take it easy & last resort were fabulous but have some big sounds to try out once the speakers have loosened up after approx 8-10 hours apparently - then I'll dig out the Floyd !
W is clean again now too so I'll post the RPS pic later !

First clean of the new car this weekend. The scary one of finding bodywork faults. Luckily only one scratch which has been touched up in an inconspicuous location!
Needs a good machine polish though

Re: What did you do to your Scirocco today?
Ordered sills & fog light rings & have just removed a number plate bulb as I noticed it was out after having the PS fitted the other day
Off to Halfrauds to pick up a new one (though may go led) and a G3 clay mitt on the advice of a highly dedicated detailing aficionado who has high standards & shouldn't be concerned about it
The viper looks stunning as does the black - sorry about the rear bumper that's a gutter !
Have a good day guys
