What did I do to my Scirocco today?

Well I got myself some extra horses. From 204 to 252 bhp and torque going from about 280 to 380 nm...

The car was quite awesome before but now...

Nice! Who did you map with? Where in powerband are you noticing the extra shove?
How is the clutch?

I got hit by a truck last week  Could not have been more upset/annoyed.
So she is going into the local bodyshop to get resprayed and repaired.
Good job i got the 2.0TSI and she can move fast. Could have been a lot worse!

Treating myself to getting all of the alloys refurbed at the same time  cause the rear one got scratched (hoping there's not more hidden damage).

Oh no!!!!! Really sorry to hear that. You ok?

And on another note I got my tyre replaced today on the tyre Insurance. Turns out there is two types of cover. The one that the dealer sells covers accidental damage and malicious. The cover that the insurance company sell is just malicious. And they thought my account was just coverd for malicious. Quick phone call to the dealer and he sorted it out and I got in touch with the insurance who said yes thats fine sir if you take it to any tyre place vat registered they will replace it. :)

My map was done by a small swedish company. I think it's based on BSR:s map but I am not sure.
There's a difference all over but the main push happens around 4k and up - we tried 70-120 km/h on 3rd gear and the time went from about 6.5 secs to someting like 4.8-4.9 secs. The difference when overtaking is massive.

The clutch seems to be doing fine so far.

Oh yeah I was fine thanks for asking, White Devil.

It's at home. We're in Scotland. Too far to drive and not enough time to drive it in.
