if its at all possible, can you do a vid of inside the car, outside revving, and some kind of drive by outside so we can all sample the delights of this exhaust!???Guitaralmond wrote:Already done the "before" revving & accel videos :-D.
On part of the recording I did a single 0-60 (in the wet and uphill) to find 4.3sec!!! Video is on YouTube - " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Car running prob 310-320 bhp, thats as fast as our '09 RS6! apparently lol
The car was very difficult to dyno as whenever the guy floored the throttle it just changed gear, but even not on absolute full boost the car ran 308bhp so on the road it will be more than 310bhp with the ram air effect and not running hot :-DChungster wrote:You remapped??
EDIT: just watched video. BF will not give you 310+bhp and you were rolling in your 0-60 vid so that's cheating really!!!
Besides anyone can do a nice 0-60 time in DSG car....no skill required
Videos already taken, just need the exhaust now. You would be surprised how restrained the standard exhaust is! The first round recording the car driving off you couldnt hear a thing lolStrat wrote:if its at all possible, can you do a vid of inside the car, outside revving, and some kind of drive by outside so we can all sample the delights of this exhaust!???Guitaralmond wrote:Already done the "before" revving & accel videos :-D.

Which Dyno did you go on??Guitaralmond wrote:The car was very difficult to dyno as whenever the guy floored the throttle it just changed gear, but even not on absolute full boost the car ran 308bhp so on the road it will be more than 310bhp with the ram air effect and not running hot :-DChungster wrote:You remapped??

HmmmmGuitaralmond wrote:A local one in Stoke, The guy kept flooring and it was changing gear. Somehow he couldnt do it, it was there nearly an hour!! He kept coming out with 280bhp which is a bit rubbish until he had two runs over the 300 mark. One of which was 308bhp.
Trying to get a more accurate figure he did a run in sixth up to nearly 200mph!! which cleverly set the 120mph-130mph limit dyno on fire lol :-D
Was a bit dissappointed as I didnt get the feeling he knew what he was doing :-(
Sorry I meant the make of Dyno!!!!Guitaralmond wrote:Rolling dyno, tyres & wheels still on.

Do you have a print out of the graph?
