Me? brave? im the worlds biggest coward mate!,

Had an embarresing moment at the petrol station yesterday, pulled up, got out, and spent 20 mins desperatley trying to find how to open the filler flap, looked a right pratt ( left the manual at work ).

RTFM as we say ( read the f****** manual )

Went out again when i had another idea, but there were two guys standing round the Roc, i was too embaressed to walk up and unlock it, so..went back to my room.

Told you i was a coward! :D

Unfortunately its very dark in the morning when i leave the hotel, and pitch black by the time i get back at night, so no stares yet. Great car though, it just feels so good.....bit green though.

Hi albertz33

My sales guy told me at hand over, the only difference was the petrol cap button was in a different place on the scirocco (compared to my previous car a passatt) it was on the centre consol somewhere. So I to looked a prat spending 20 minutes searching the car for a button to release the petrol cap :fall:

Not only that, its the simplist thing to open the petrol cap, but it never occured to me to push it in, when i found out how to do it, i really felt like a pratt.
