Did you have to change anything to get these brakes working, i'm thinking of abs pump or brake pump - don't know the right name, but is the stock one good enough for these brakes?Alien_IROC wrote:Thanks, it's a long work but the result is fantastic!
Other important upgrade i done, was the TTRS brakes, big difference from stock brakes, give the stopping power that the 2.0 TSI should need!
Discs are Zimmerman SPORT 350x32mm front and 310x22mm rear
Custom paint Audi Ara Crystal with custom VWR stickers Installed brakes and coils

I haven't change other parts, i tried only to recalibrate the ABS module with VCDS software, you can code the dimensione of the brakes, but didn't work, need another software....
Someone say that is good idea to upgrade to the R or S3 ABS pump, because have a larger master cilinder and so bigger pressure on bigger calipers....but actually in the VAG scene i haven't seen someone doing this upgrade.
So you can keep the stock system, i use the car also in trackdays and the brakes work always perfectly.

And what do you think of the headlights? I have halogens on my car and would like some fairly cheap but still good looking headlights, but i dont really like any third party headlights except those you have - are they any good?

The headlights are low quality build, i have the first production probably and they have various defect. But in any case, they are better than the standard halogens.

Yes they are bi-function (low and high beam) with H7 soket, so you can put halogen H7 or xenon hid H7 or LED bulds H7

Hey!
Very nice build i really like it u did a fantastic job with ur rocco.
I would like to ask u if u could send a few pictures about the headlights at night and how bright are they in dark?
Im interested buying them for my rocco thats why i want to see how they perform at night.

Hi, thank you!
I've recently removed this headlight and installed the OEM look Bi-Xenon, produced always by DEPO.
At night they are good only with HID Xenon lamp, you can see very bright also in total dark roads.

I have also a VW Golf MK5 with OEM Hella headlight and i can say that the visibility is almost the same.

Thanks! There are planned A LOT upgrades!
First of all i have to change the clutch just in these days, i think i will install Sachs Performance full KIT.
Next upgrade will be probably a stage 3 tune with K04, intercooler and others....
Also i would like to install a new LSD, wavetrac or Quaife .....
Next next, bigger sway bar, full kit of strongflex, and front aluminium Audi TTRS spindle and arm.
