It was from a seller on eBay dude, its taken out of a mk6 golf - part number for the cup holder is 1K0862531A - just keep an eye out as they come up regularly enough

May I ask, what headlight bulbs are you running to give them such a clean bright white light?

It's xenon, right?

Headlight bulbs are mtec bulbs from eBay in my standard halogen headlight housing people Just search for them on eBay.

I'm not doing the carbon myself, I was approached by a company who wanted to sponsor the rocco so they're doing it for me at a dirt cheap price. I'm sure it'll be the start of a carbon skinning addiction. Pics to follow soon...

I am from UK and I believe HID bulbs are illegal to fit on a car here if it doesn't have washers or self aligning or something. Are the mtec bulbs classed "HID" or are they just white halogens?

It's the same rules here man, the bulbs mentioned aren't HID's though - they are direct replacements for the standard halogen bulbs - no ballasts etc required.

Just a couple of small updates! I've made the interior my main focus recently, a few things have changed. First is a custom fabricrated airlift 3p controller mount for the centre console. I am so happy with the build quality and finish, it looks unreal. I also added in a USB button...





Secondly was a new centre console and sliding cup holder. What a ballache to fit; took me 2.5 hours, many swear words and a phone call to Phil but I got there eventually! Here it is fitted:



I've also just bought a 2016 facelift scirocco steering wheel which should be here early January. Can't wait to get it on! These are also sat waiting to be fitted/vagcommed in - maybe I'll do them this weekend (doorcard puddle lights)...

Doorcard puddle lights are in! What a transformation they make to the interior, seriously one of my favourite mods I've done. Big thanks to easyrider for his help fitting and coding them in, in the absolute pouring rain!

Aluminium pedals are on the agenda, don't worry As for the door lights, yep - a strip of red LED's on the side and white LED's underneath to illuminate the ground.
