Actually, new Mercs also have HID 8000k or LED 8000k. It's stupid, i agree...
Didn't know that. How many lumens do they out of this bulbs?
I can't imagine Mercedes isn't installing some quality bulbs so guess they made a big improvement with light output of the higher spectrum bulbs.

But if you do a lot of night driving i can reccomend the 4350-5000k bubs.
You can notice this difference well on a dark wet road.
I would do alot night driving unfortunately

was changing lanes on m25, my lane moving about 40mph guy in my lane stopped abruptly I was checking the lane I was moving into, looked round there's a bloody passat there .... BANG! Airbags deployed burning my hand, Garage says £11k worth of damage! SIGH! odd i think as i DROVE it all 5 miles off the motorway!
no overheating or ay other issue, and they actually said I blew my rad and intercooler! LIARS! I checked that myself and as damage was mostly drivers side quarter it was intact where the RAD and that is!

Try go for a claim? At least get some money to help pay for repairs or even deposit for a new car? Or what's the plans?

Ill let it go I want to get the RNS 510 i put in it back out,
my bluetooth setup and all my other stuff oh and hte aluminium pedals!!!

Finally got around to fitting my pressed aluminium number plates and OEM LED number plate light units. Looks so much better!

Discovered the buttons on the seats actually do something.
Always thought they were supposed to move the whole seat, turns out it's lumbar support.
Only been over 2 years I've had the car! [emoji23][emoji23]
