(Although I'm not a Scirocco owner yet, I'm looking for the right one, so I will be as soon as that one comes along.)

I work as a buyer for Mitsubishi, I am in a similar position to Jen in that I don't drive a ROC as yet, but I am waiting on delivery of my Scirocco. I have been waiting since January for it, but all is good now as it has now been built and should leave the Portuguese docks tomorrow.. Getting very excited now.. Never had to wait this long for anything before lol

Compliance Officer...probably one of the more "boring" jobs out the lot. Thou wouldn't have the Rocco without it

I've read through all fourteen pages of this topic. If I could choose any one of the aforementioned careers, it would have to be a
Pyrotechnician
Unfortunately, I am a humble designer. I can't call my self an engineer, even though I do get involved in engineering tasks... I failed my HNC.
My speciality, which I have been doing on a contract basis for twenty odd years now, is "piping design" and my main tool is AutoCAD, along with AutoPLANT. Nothing "auto" about them though, which means that the job can still be quite interesting, at times. Most of my work nowadays in done in the 3D virtual world, which is great, IMO.
I have worked mainly on the design of chemical plants, but have also worked in the nuclear, oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries. What also makes my job quite interesting, is that I get involved in co-ordinating all the other disciplines, and also in the early "front end" plant layout for a project.

Currently I design broadcast television production systems. Well as of 5 hours ago

Before that I designed broadcast media archive systems (which is really very boring).
