Aha i see! Mine gave up after 9000km haha.
Now im running Sachs Performance plate and disc with LOBA's flywheel (6,8kg).

A little above 300whp and the OEM clutch was burned fast.

Nice set up, did you experience any clutch shudder or jerkiness when you first installed?

I would say it happends sometimes. Not only direct after the installed but also now. I've been running the new clutch for 6000km.
If we are talking about the same thing :P

Wow just went thru all the mods - I must say it is an awesome project. Truly remarkable!

I've got a question - since you're tracking your car, what would be the essentials one must have ? I'm on stage 2 ( tune / turbo back exhaust / intake ) , and I'm wondering if I must get a twin cooler / hpfp.

Take your car on there now and see what it drives like. Benchmark some track times then if you become a regular I would improve on suspension and handling, brakes and a set of track wheels. That will shave a few seconds off then when you are hungry for more power add the other engine go faster bits. You have enough mods to have some fun. ;)

I'm also interested in the twin cooler info. Some say better to get a really performance replacement main intercooler and some say get a replacement one as well as a twin cooler. If the race cars can run over 500hp with just a performance replacement, is there any advantage or even disadvantage on having both?

Apologies for my tardy reply I haven't been on the forums of late. To be honest there is no difference to performance if you get a good single set up. I have run both set ups in my previous cars and they both perform the same on the dyno and on the track. I personally like the twin cooler set up as its aggressive and brings me back to my SCOOBY STI days but its a pain in the bum to fit and requires some minor modifications. Then again two is always better then one right? :D

If you are wanting to do some regular track days the best mod was the LSD. It truly transforms the car.
