You have a point there
.. Had 350x32mm zimmermann discs but never tried them .. But acutually when down to a 345x30 disc instead because they were grooved instead

I have found drilled and grooved 350x32mm with the correct size bell so they shouldnt hit the car. I hope!

Didn't think they made R888s anymore! I need some grippier tyres, I'm only stage 1 with intake and cat back and my car spins like a bitch in the wet. R888s will be nearly suicidal in the rain surely?

Of course they make them
There the best "track" road legal tyre on the market
I had them in the wet before and its not fun but lucky the weather is nice. New wheels coming so they will have more road friendly tyres and these will be for spirited driving

I will do when I fit it bud, not even had time to do mine yet
But I will get plenty of pictures when I do. I used to spend my days tuning VXR's, scirocco is just another car
And actually far easier to work on then the vauxhalls.

So as the car is basically where i wanted it looks wise, its on to performance and handling.
The car is running a healthy stage 2 at 274bhp and 367 torque. The handling was not all that great, so I ordered a VW Racing RARB and fitted that, along with bigger brakes (brembos) and decent tyres. The car has transformed just from those few mods! It is starting to corner exactly how I wanted it to. So I wanted to improve it further and have ordered the following parts:
VW Racing Front anti roll bar:
Powerflex Front anti lift kit:
VW Racing engine mounts:
This should be it for handling mods, eventually maybe some coilovers but I want something decent and looking over £1500!
I have also ordered an airtec stage 2 intercooler:
And I have my DS2500 pads finally!
Fingers crossed all these bits come before the weekend so I can get them fitted!
After that its on to power... I already know what I am doing power wise and believe it will be the first Scirocco TSI running this sort of power
Maybe even the first Scirocco full stop but I have no idea what power people are running in sciroccos, cant really find much on youtube/google!
This time next year I will certainly be spending my time at GTI Internatonal on the strip!

how do you find the torque mount?
I prefer Airtec over Forge but personal choice
