Hi Scott, no - screen is not genuine VW badged replacement, I have been informed that it is "exactly to the same specification as the screen that came out". I did ask about this but they said that they would have to agree with the insurer and that it would delay things. To be perfectly honest the screen does seem to be exactly the same, with the tinted area around the perimeter etc. I am a bit of a stickler when it comes to substitute products from other manufacturers, but apart from no VW badge on it, appears to all be perfect.

you wernt quite the first same happend to me about 2 weeks before your post. i was so scared they were gonna ruin my baby lol but they did a greta job the also put a windscreen from vw in mine!
